Abstract:Objective:To observe the application value of 3D printing technology in puncture and drainage for pa-tients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods:The baseline data of 30 patients with HICH trea-ted by CT-guided puncture and drainage in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were collected and in-cluded in the control group. The baseline data of 30 patients with HICH treated by 3D printing technology combined with puncture and drainage during the same period were collected and included in the observation group. The prognosis, neurological function recovery[national institutes of health neurological deficit score(NIHSS)],daily living ability[Barthel index rating scale]and complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The recovery of prog-nosis in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Six months after treatment, the NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,Barthel's life index in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications was compared between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with CT-guided puncture and drainage,HICH patients choose 3D printing technol-ogy to locate drainage, which is more conducive to improving the prognosis of patients, promoting the improvement of neurological function and daily living ability.
