Abstract:Objective:In view of the characteristics of the current nursing training system, which covers a narrow scope and is static and simple,it is proposed to build a continuous, seamless and dynamic training system for nursing posts in response to major public health emergencies, which is 'two—way'(compulsory-elective)and'three-stage'(pre-post-mid-post-recovery stage). Methods:Through literature research, qualitative interviews and expert discussions, the three-level indicators of the training system were initially formed. The Delphi method was adopted to conduct two rounds of letter consultation with 29 experts, and the expert opinions were statistically analyzed and sorted out,and the nursing post training system for responding to major public health emergencies was finally established.Re-sults:The questionnaire recovery rate of the two rounds of expert letter consultation was 100.00%,the first round of expert opinion suggestion rate was 62.07%,and the second round of expert letter consultation completely agreed with the questionnaire content. The coefficient of expert authority was 0.891 and 0.927,the coefficient of variation was 0~0.225 and 0.072~0.225,and the coefficient of Kendall's W was 0.096~0.185 and 0.130~0.228(P<0.001).The post training system for nursing of major public health emergencies includes 9 first—level indicators,40 second-level indicators and 128 third-level indicators, including professional theoretical knowledge, practical operation skills and personal emergency literacy in three different stages of pre-service,on-the-job and recovery. Conclusion:The'two—way and three-stage'dynamic training system constructed in this study obtained better expert participation and better opinion coordination, and provided a systematic and standardized practical reference for improving emergency nursing training.
