Analysis of the clinical effect of xianxiong zhuyu decoction on in-stent restenosis

Abstract：Objective:To investigate xianxiong zhuyu decoction's effectiveness in curing coronary artery intervention during coronary heart disease.Methods:Sixty patients with coronary artery intervention in traditional chinese medicine hospital of qingyang from March 2023 to March 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,while the observation group was treated with jiexiong zhuyu decoction and western medicine.The traditional chinese medicine syndrome score,inflamma-tory factor level and cardiac function index were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7％,but the total effective rate of the control group was only 80.0％,there was signifi-cient difference(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional chinese medicine syndromes and the incidence of in-stent restenosis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,there was significient difference(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of chest tightness,chest pain and shortness of breath in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).However,al-though the scores of palpitation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF—α)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and IL-1β in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in TNF—α between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular posterior wall diameter in diastole(LVPWD),soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical signifi-cance(P＜0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical signifi-cance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The in-stent restenosis from occurring that individuals with coronary artery bypass in-tervention for heart failure experienced can be improved by xianxiong zhuyu decoction.The mechanism underpinning this effect may be related to a reduction in the patients' blood level of pro—inflammatory markers and an enhancement in cardiac output.
