Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of a specialist nurse-led multidisciplinary nutrition intervention on pa-tients with maintenance hemodialysis hyperphosphatemia. Methods:A total of 142 patients with maintenance hemodial-ysis hyperphosphatemia admitted to the hospital from January 2024 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,71 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group performed a multidisciplinary nutrition intervention led by specialized nurses. The two groups were self-efficacy,calcium and phosphorus metabo-lism,and nutritional status. Results:The general self-efficacy(GSES)score,prealbumin(PA),hemoglobin(Hb),and albumin(ALB)levels were higher than the control group, and the serum phosphorus and total parathyroyroid(iPTH)levels were lower than the control group, indicating a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The multidisciplinary nurse-led nutrition intervention in patients with maintenance hemodialysis hyperphosphatemia, which can improve the nutritional status, regulate calcium and phosphorus metabolism and improve the self-efficacy.
