Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical application value of ear point bloodletting therapy combined with beta-loc in hemodialysis patients with hypertension. Methods:According to the random number table method,80 hemodialy-sis patients with hypertension admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to June 2024 were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).Both groups were given conventional treatment, the control group was given betaloc treatment, and the observation group was given ear point bloodletting therapy on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy, heart rate, blood pressure, renal function(creatinine, urea nitrogen),inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)]and adverse reac-tions(fatigue,headache,dizziness,abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, infection, subcutaneous ecchymosis)were com-pared between the two groups. Results:The total clinical effective rate of observation group was higher, and the levels of blood pressure, heart rate, creatinine, urea nitrogen,CRP and TNF-αwere lower(P<0.05).There was no statisti-cal significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of ear point bloodletting therapy and betaloc can improve the clinical efficacy of hypertension in hemodialysis patients, reduce blood pressure and heart rate levels, improve renal function and inflammatory factor levels, and does not significantly increase adverse reactions.
