Effect of placing Manyuele and oral drospirenone ethinyl estradiol tablets after hysteroscopic resection on the medium and long-term prognosis of patients with endometrial polyps

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of placing manyuele in preventing the expected recurrence of endometrial polyps after hysteroscopic resection.Methods:From April 2022 to May 2023,104 patients who underwent hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy in nanping maternal and child health hospital were divided into observation group(55 cases)and control group(49 cases)according to the different postoperative treatment schemes of the two groups.The control group took drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets orally after operation,and the observation group placed Manyuele ring after operation.The prognosis of the two groups was compared after 12 months of follow-up.Results:The endometrial thickness and blood loss assessment chart(PBAC)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 1 month and 6 months after operation,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Follicle stimulating hormone,estradiol and progesterone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 6 months after opera-tion,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate in the ob-servation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Place-ment of manyuele after hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps can effectively improve the sex hormone level and endometrial thickness of patients and reduce the risk of recurrence in the medium and long term.
