Effect of childlike care on compliance and fear in pediatric atomization treatment

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of childlike nursing intervention in improving compliance and eliminating fear.Methods:When 80 children treated in Xingyi People's Hospital from August 2023 to August 2024 were selected,the children were grouped according to whether 40 children with routine care were selected as control group,and 40 children with childlike care were treated as observation group,the compliance,psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The observation group was more compliant than the control group(P＜0.05).The anxiety,depression and fear scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing sat-isfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the atomization treatment of children with the implementation of childlike care can effectively reduce children's fear and other bad emo-tions,and then improve their compliance and family nursing satisfaction.
