Application of｀cloud with mother and infant'APP parent's classroom combined with ficare model to the return of NICU very premature infants to the family

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of｀cloud with mother and infant'APP parents'classroom com-bined with family participatory nursing(FICare)model in extremely premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods:All 80 cases of extremely premature infants admitted to NICU in hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care.The observation group,in addition to routine nursing,underwent the｀cloud with mother and infant'APP parent class combined with the FICare model of nursing.Both groups received continuous nursing care for 1～2 months.The growth and development,hospital stay,parents'readiness for discharge,parents'competence in child care,hospital infection rate and readmission rate of extremely premature infants were compared between the two groups.Results:The head circumference,weight and length of the observation group were better than those of the con-trol group,and the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of disease knowl-edge,physical and mental state,pain state,and expected social support in the Chinese version of the Chinese version of the discharge preparation scale after nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of efficacy and satisfaction in the Chinese version of childcare competency scale(C-PSOC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The nosocomial infection rate and readmis-sion rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The｀cloud with mother and infant'APP parents classroom combined with FICare model can accelerate the growth and development of extremely premature infants in NICU,reduce the hospital infection rate,shorten their hospital stay,improve the parents'readiness for discharge and childcare competence,reduce the risk of readmission,and help extremely premature infants return to their families successfully with good results.
