Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the optimized emergency nursing scheme under the role-oriented mode applied to stroke patients. Methods:All 40 patients with stroke from June 2022 to December 2022 were included in the control group, and 40 patients with stroke from January 2023 to June 2023 were included in the optimization group.Patients in the control group were intervened by conventional emergency nursing scheme, while patients in the optimization group were in-tervened by optimized emergency nursing scheme under the role orientation mode. The treatment time, scores of national institu-tes of health stroke scale(NIHSS),glasgow outcome scale(GOS)and stroke-specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)were compared between the two groups. Results:The time of admission,CT examination results, laboratory examination results and thrombolysis in the optimized group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the optimized group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The GOS and SS-QOL score of the optimized group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The optimized emergency nursing scheme under the role-oriented mode can shorten the time of seeing a doctor for stroke patients, improve the therapeutic effect and improve the prognosis of patients.
