Abstract:Objective:To explore the impact of standardized training on the implementation of early neonatal health care(ENNC).Methods:Sixteen midwives from Beijing Huairou Hospital from September 2022 to April 2023 were se-lected as the research objects. From September 2022 to December 2022,they were given routine training(control group A),and 75 cases of vaginal delivery during this period were treated as control group B.From January,2023 to April,2023,they were given standardized training(observation group A),and 75 parturients who gave birth through vagina were treated as observation group B during this period. The assessment results of the two midwives, midwife training satisfaction and maternal and infant related indicators were compared. Results:The results of theoretical examination and practical examination of midwives in observation group A were higher than those in control group A(P<0.05).The training satisfaction of midwives in observation group A was higher than that in control group A(P<0.05).The rate of early milk opening, late umbilical cord breaking and 90 min skin contact between mother and infant in group B were higher than those in control group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized training for midwives can improve the assessment performance and training satisfaction, and improve the health status of mother and child.
