Abstract:Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of monoamine oxidase(MAO),5'-nucleotidase(5'-NT),and adenosine deaminase(ADA)levels in patients with liver cancer. Methods:From July,2022 to July,2023,50 patients with liver cancer(liver cancer group)and 50 patients with benign liver disease(benign liver disease group)who were treated in fengcheng city Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.Additionally,50 healthy volunteers were included as a control group. The levels of MAO,5'-NT,and ADA were measured in all subjects, and the data were statistically compared among the groups. The diagnostic efficacy of each marker(MAO,5'-NT,ADA)alone and in combination was assessed using the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Compare the differences of the a-bove indexes in patients with different conditions of liver cancer. Results:The levels of MAO,5'-NT and ADA in liver cancer group were higher than those in other groups, and those in benign liver disease group were higher than those in healthy group(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of MAO,5'-NT and ADA were 0.711,0.621,0.694 and 0.804,respectively,suggesting that the diagnostic value of combined detection was high, with significant differences between groups(P<0.05).The above indexes of patients with stage Ⅲ liver cancer were higher than those of patients with stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ liver cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:Higher levels of MAO,5'-NT,and ADA suggest more severe liver cancer conditions.Clinically, these markers can be used to diagnose and assess the condition of liver cancer pa-tients,and the combined detection of these markers can improve the diagnostic efficacy of the disease, providing more basis for subsequent treatment and prognosis.
