Abstract:Objective:To analyze the effects of tongluo ruangan decoction on liver fibrosis and T cell subsets in pa-tients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis. Methods:All 82 cases of patients with decompensated hepatitis B cir-rhosis in hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,41 cases in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine, and 41 cases in the observation group were treated with self-pre-pared Tongluangan decoction.Clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine symptom score, liver fibrosis,T cell subsets and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms and the level of hepatic fibrosis in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment, the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).CD8+in the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Con-clusion:Tongluo ruangan decoction can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms and degree of liver fibrosis in patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis, and is conducive to the improvement of cellular immune function.
