Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of phased active circulatory breathing(ACBT training)based on 5A mode on lung function, quality of life and exercise ability of patients after thoracoscopic lobectomy. Methods:From Jan-uary 2023 to February 2024,206 patients after thoracoscopic lobectomy were selected and divided into control group(101 cases)and observation group(105 cases)by lottery. The control group was given traditional lung rehabilitation training, while the observation group was given phased ACBT training based on 5A model. The lung function[forced expiratory volume/forced vital capacity in the first second(FEV1/FVC),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)],exercise a-bility[6—minute walking distance(6 MWD)]and quality of life[quality of life scale for cancer patients(EORTC QLQ—C30)]were compared between the two groups. Results:After two months'intervention, the scores of FEV1/FVC,PEF and EORTC QLQ—C30 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the distance of 6MWD was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying phased ACBT training with 5A mode in patients after thoracoscopic lobectomy can improve their lung function, improve their exercise ability and im-prove their quality of life.
