Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of single—site laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of neonatal intestinal atresia. Methods:Clinical data of 60 neonatal children with intestinal atresia treated in Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to December 2023 were collected and retrospectively studied.According to different surgical treatment plans, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received traditional open surgery, while the observation group received single-site lapa-roscopic surgery. The total effective rate, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, enteral nutrition time, hospital cost, hospital stay and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time and postoperative enteral nutrition start time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization expenses were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Single—site laparoscopic surgery for neonatal intestinal atresia can shorten the operation time, the time to start enteral nutrition after surgery, reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, reduce postoperative incision infection, anastomotic fistula, urinary retention, abdominal abscess and other compli-cations,and promote the early recovery of children.
