Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of target oriented and virtual reality training on patients with traumatic brain injury(TBI).Methods:A total of 82 TBI patients from January 2023 to January 2024 who were admitted in xing-lin branch of the first affiliated hospital of xiamen university were selected, and randomly divided into the observation group(n=41,target oriented and virtual reality training)and the control group(n=41,routine rehabilitation train-ing).The neurological function, limb motor function, and cognitive function in both groups were compared.Results:Af-ter intervention, the national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores in both groups were decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After in-tervention,the Fugl Meyer motor function assessment(FMA)scores and montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)in both groups were increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of goal oriented combined with virtual reality training in TBI patients can improve neurological function, enhance limb motor function, and cognitive function.
