Abstract:Objective:To investigate the status quo of family resilience in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarc-tion after interventional therapy, and to analyze the factors that may affect resilience. Methods:The clinical data of 156 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction who received interventional treatment in hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed, and evaluated by general data questionnaire and family stress resistance rat-ing scale. Results:The total family stress resistance score of 156 patients with acute cerebral infarction was(96.60±10.66).The single factor results of family stress resistance of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction interven-tional therapy showed that there was no statistical difference in family stress resistance score of elderly patients with different gender, place of residence, relationship with patients, whether there were chronic diseases, family education and religious belief(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in family stress resistance scores among the aged patients with acute cerebral infarction with different family closeness, family income, family members'health sta-tus,social support, family attitude towards treatment and family support, neurological deficit(NIHSS)score and ability of daily living(ADL)(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis of family stress tolerance of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction showed that Poor family closeness, monthly family income<5 000 yuan, poor health status of family members, low social support, poor family attitude towards patient treatment, low family support,NIHSS score>4 and ADL score ≤50 were all influencing factors of family resilience in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion:The family resilience of the elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction is low,and it is neces-sary to strengthen the relevant support and intervention measures to improve the family resilience level of the patients,so as to promote the rehabilitation and improvement of the quality of life of the patients.
