Effect of treatment model based process optimization scheme applied to laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of the process optimization scheme based on multidisciplinary collab-orative diagnosis and treatment model(MDT)in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:All 60 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy treated in hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were studied. They were divided into a control group and an observation group by the method of random number table, with 30 cases in each group. The control group implemented routine care interventions, while the observation group was based on the MDT process optimization plan. The perioperative clinical indicators, psychological indicators, and changes in sleep quality between the two groups were compared. Results:In this study, the amount of blood loss during operation in the optimized group was less than that in the traditional group, and the time of preoperative preparation, getting out of bed, anal exhaust and hospitalization were shorter than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).On the 2nd day after surgery, the scores of the self-rating anxie-ty scale(SAS)and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)in both groups decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)decreased in all dimensions in both groups, and the optimized group was lower than the traditional group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MDT based process optimization can relieve the adverse mood,re-duce pain, improve sleep quality, promote the recovery of body function and reduce the occurrence of complications in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
