Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive systematic nursing intervention on patients with mag-netic resonance imaging enhanced scan during examination. Methods:A total of 197 patients with enhanced magnetic resonance imaging scan admitted from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups by random number table method, the group A(98 cases, routine examination and nursing)and the group B(99 cases, routine examination and nursing+comprehensive system nursing intervention).Group A re-ceived routine examination and nursing, while Group B received routine examination and nursing and comprehensive system nursing intervention. The indexes of the two groups were compared. Results:The SAS and SDS scores of both groups were lower than those before the intervention, and group B was lower than group A,with significant differenc-esP<0.05);after nursing, the safety quality scores and nursing satisfaction of group B were higher than those of group A,with significant differences(<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in group B was lower than that in group A,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive systematic nursing intervention for patients with en-hanced magnetic resonance imaging during examination can effectively improve their psychological state, improve safety quality and nursing satisfaction, and help reduce adverse events.
