Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of clinical pharmacists applying the defined daily doses(DDDs)method combined with the drug use evaluation(DUE)comprehensive evaluation in the management of surgical proprietary drugs. Methods:From January 2022 to October 2022,203 cases of surgical patients in our hospital were ret-rospectively analyzed as control group, and routine pharmaceutical intervention was taken. From November 2022 to Au-gust 2023,203 surgical patients in hospital were selected as the observation group, and clinical pharmacists carried out pharmaceutical intervention with DDDs combined with DUE.The DDDs,defined daily dose consumption(DDDC),drug utilization index(DUI)and sorting ratios, irrational use of medication, and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The highest DDDs in observation group was salvia miltiorrhiza injection, followed by Gualsanthis PI injection. The highest DDDC was salvia miltiorrhiza injection, followed by Gualsanthis PI in-jection.The DUI of all proprietary Chinese medicines was<1,and the ranking ratio was ≥1.The highest DDDs in the control group was Xueshuantong for injection, followed by Gualsanpipi injection. The highest DDDC was Gualsanthis PI injection, followed by salvia miltiorrhiza injection. The DUI of salvia miltiorrhiza injection,Xueshuantong injection,Gualsanpi injection and Kanglaite injection was>1;The ordering ratio of salvia miltiorrhiza injection,Salvia Miltiorrhi-za injection and Kanglaite injection was<1.The incidence of drug selection, drug exceeding medical insurance limit, drug dose, unreasonable drug compatibility and adverse reaction in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:DDDs combined with DUE comprehensive evaluation of the use of proprietary Chinese medicines can enhance the management effect, improve the ratio of DUI to sequencing, promote clinical rational drug use,and reduce adverse reactions.
