Abstract:Objective:To explore the effectiveness of ultrasound vacuum minimally invasive rotary resection in the treatment of benign breast tumors(BBT)in patients. Methods:A total of 92 patients with BBT from June 2021 to June 2023 who were admitted in hospital were selected, and randomly divided into the observation group(n=46,ultrasound vacuum minimally invasive rotary resection)and the control group(n=46,open resection surgery). The perioperative indicators, pain level, inflammatory response, tumor markers, and postoperative complications in both groups were com-pared.Results:In comparision of the control group, the surgical time, hospital stay and incision healing time of observa-tion group was shorter, the intraoperative bleeding was less, and the scar length was shorter(P<0.05).At 1 day,3 days,5 days, and 7 days after surgery,in comparision of the control group, the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of observation group was lower(P<0.05).In comparision of the before surgery, the postoperative interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-10(IL-10),and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels in both groups were increased, but in comparision of the control group, the observation group was lower(P<0.05).The postoperative carbohydrate antigen 125(CA1 25),carbohydrate antigen 135(CA 135),and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)levels in both groups were de-creased,and in comparision of the control group, the observation group was lower(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group after surgery was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.5).Conclusion:Ultrasound vacuum minimally invasive rotary resection is effective in improving periopera-tive indicators in BBT patients, which can effectively reduce postoperative pain, alleviate inflammatory reactions,im-prove tumor markers, and promote the reduction of postoperative complications in patients.
