Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and corresponding nursing interventions of the combined use of escuzumab and cabotriol in the treatment of psoriasis patients. Methods:All 200 patients with psoriasis from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group with 100 cases in each group. The control group were treated with cabotriol, the observation group were treated with the combination of skuchizumab and caspotriol. The clinical efficacy, symptom improvement time, psoriasis area and severity index(PA-SI),serum related indexes and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the observation group had a shorter time for symptom improvement(P<0.05).After treatment, both groups showed a decreasing trend in PASI scores, and the observation group showed more significant changes(P<0.05).Af-ter treatment, the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-23(IL-23)in both groups were decreased to some extent, and the tumor necrosis factors in the observation group was more signifi-cant than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of psoriasis, the combination of escuzumab and cabot-riol has a prominent therapeutic effect, significantly improving the symptoms, reducing the area of skin lesions, reducing inflammatory reactions, and cooperating with effective nursing interventions can better ensure the safety of treatment.
