Practice and effect analysis of internet+new pharmaceutical care mode in the management of recurrent asthma in hospital children

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the practice and effect of internet+new pharmaceutical care mode in the manage-ment of recurrent asthma in hospital children.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 106 children with recurrent asthma in the hospital between July 2021 and June 2023.According to the time of admis-sion,they were divided into control group(routine pharmaceutical care mode)and study group(internet+new phar-maceutical care mode),53 cases in each group.All children were intervened for 6 months.The treatment cycle,scores of children-asthma control test(C-ACT),morisky medication adherence scale(MMAS-8)and self-made asthma dis-ease knowledge questionnaire before and after intervention,occurrence of adverse reactions and asthma recurrence dur-ing intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,the scores of C-ACT,MMAS-8 and asthma knowledge questionnaire had no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).After interven-tion,treatment cyclewas shorter,and scores of C-ACT,MMAS-8 and asthma disease knowledge questionnaire were higher in study group(P＜0.05).During intervention,the incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group,and recurrence rate of asthma was also lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Internet+new pharmaceutical care mode can effectively control diseasedevelopment in children,improve disease cogni-tion of family members and actively prevent recurrence asthma.
