Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of manual release combined with thermosensitive moxibustion under intravenous anesthesia in the treatment of frozen shoulder. Methods:Sixty frozen shoulder patients admitted to hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, each with 30 cases,u-sing a random number table method. The control group received manual release treatment under intravenous anesthesia, while the observation group received additional treatment with thermosensitive moxibustion. The clinical efficacy, pain score, shoulder joint function, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, recurrence rate, and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group after treatment was low-er than the control group, and the shoulder joint function score was higher than the control group, with a statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment, the traditional chinese medicine syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than the control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was low-er than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Manual release combined with thermosensitive moxibustion under intravenous anesthesia can improve the therapeu-tic effect of frozen shoulder patients, accelerate shoulder joint function recovery, and promote pain relief.
