Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of health behavior interaction model(IMCHB)combined narrative in-tervention on patients after total hysterectomy. Methods:According to different interventions,90 patients who under-went total hysterectomy in hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were divided into conventional group(n=45)and IMCHB group(n=45).The control group was treated with routine intervention and the IMCHB group with narrative intervention. The psychological status, compliance of pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise, activity of pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise and healthy behavior were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the scores of fear visual analogue scale(FAVS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were used to evaluate the patients in IMCHB group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and the scores of knowledge, skills and behaviors of pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise in IMCHB group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After interven-tion,the scores of positive behavior and exercise standard in IMCHB group were higher than those in control group, and the scores of abandonment behavior were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of health responsi-bility,nutrition and exercise in IMCHB group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:IMCHB combined narrative intervention can improve the psychological state of patients after total hysterectomy, improve the compliance and enthusiasm of pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise, and promote the formation of healthy behaviors.
