Clinical observation on the treatment of 30 cases of heart failure with cyclic phosphoadenosine and Poge Jiuxin decoction

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of cyclic adenosine with Poge Jiuxin decoction in heart fail-ure.Methods:All 60 patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to October 2023 were select-ed,which were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with cyclophosphoadenosine,and the observation group was treated by the control group with Poge Jiuxin decoction.After 2 weeks of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syn-drome score,serological indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,and statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treat-ment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the ob-servation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and troponin I(cTnI)in both groups decreased after treatment,and the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was significant(P＜0.05),and there was no adverse reac-tion in the two groups.Conclusion:The treatment of heart failure with cyclophosphoradenosine with Poge Jiuxin decoc-tion can reduce BNP and cTnI levels,effectively improve the clinical symptoms such as chest tightness and palpitations,and improve the overall treatment effect.
