Abstract:Objective:To explore the impact of full treatment cycle management on vascular access patency and complications in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients. Methods:All 80 MHD patients from January 2020 to Jan-uary 2022,and divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to different management schemes. The control group was given routine management mode intervention, and while the observation group received full treatment cycle management intervention. The calcium and phosphorus metabolism level, and adverse cardiovascular events(MACE),vascular access patency and the occurrence of complications in the two groups were observed. Results:After 3 months of intervention, the levels of parathyroid hormone(iPTH),blood phosphorus, and blood calcium in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vascular filling and blood flow of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of MACE in the observation group(7.5%)was lower than that in the control group(25.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of vascular pathway complications between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclu-sion:The whole life cycle management in MHD patients can improve their calcium and phosphorus metabolism level and vascular access patency and reduce the occurrence of MACE.
