Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of group pressure vaccination training combined with pressure ball therapy on patients with diabetic retinopathy. Methods:A total of 90 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to hos-pital from November 2021 to June 2023 were selected for this study, numbered by a digital table, and then divided into experimental group and control group with 45 cases in each group by simple random method. Both groups received acu-pressure massage and routine intervention, and the control group received group pressure vaccination training on this basis. The experimental group received pressure relief ball therapy on top of the control group. Both groups started the intervention at admission and intervention lasted for 2 weeks.Anxiety and depression, blood glucose level, disability ac-ceptance and self-management ability were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results:After intervention,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)HbA1c in both groups were lower than before intervention, and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After in-tervention,the scores of all dimensions of disability acceptance and the scores of all dimensions of self-management a-bility in both groups were increased, and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Con-clusion:The application of group pressure vaccination training combined with pressure relief ball therapy in diabetic ret-inopathy can significantly improve the psychological status of patients and help to control blood sugar.
