Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of self-curing calcium phosphate artificial bone grafting on bone de-fect repair and bone metabolism index level in patients with distal radius fracture. Methods:All 99 patients treated in hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 as the study object was selected, the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to envelope method.49 patients in control group received allogeneic bone graft,50 patients in the observation group were treated with self-cured calcium phosphate artificial bone graft. The radio-graphic parameters, wrist range of motion, bone metabolic parameters and therapeutic efficacy were compared before and after treatment, and the complications were recorded. Results:The fracture healing time and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were shorter than the control group(P<0.05),but there was no difference in opera-tion time, pain disappearance time, start activity time and intraoperative bleeding volume between the two groups(P>0.05).Before and after treatment, radial height, ulnar deviation, palm inclination, prerotation, postrotation, and ra-dial deviation were not different between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the radius height was lower, and the ulnar deviation angle and palmar inclination angle were higher, pronation, supination and radial deviation were higher than those before treatment in both groups(P<0.05).After treatment, there was no significant difference in the excellent and good rate of clinical treatment between two groups(P>0.05).During the course of treatment, the obser-vation group exhibited a reduced incidence of complications compared to the control group, but there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-cured calcium phosphate artificial bone has better recovery effect in the treat-ment of distal radius fracture, reduces the fracture healing time and hospital time of patients, and has better safety.
