The observation on the clinical effect of jianwei prescription combined with rabeprazole in the treat-ment of gastric ulcer

Abstract：Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of jianwei prescription with gastric strengthening formula combined with rabeprazole.Methods:All 60 patients with gastric ulcer were selected from August 2022 to August 2023 and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the control group were treated with rabeprazole,and 30 cases in the observation group were treated with jianwei prescription combined with rabeprazole,and the treatment of the two groups was compared after 2 weeks of treatment,and the total rate of treatment,the typical symptom score of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine,the healing rate of the ulcers,and the recurrence rate were used as the indexes of determina-tion.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total points of the main symptoms in the control group and the observation group after treatment were reduced compared with those before treatment,but the to-tal points of the main symptoms in the observation group after treatment were lowerthan those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The endoscopic ulcer healing rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Jianwei Prescription combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer is remarkable,which can significantly improve the discomfort of patients,with a high rate of ulcer healing and a low rate of recurrence,which is superior to the effect of simple western medicine treatment.
