Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of treatment with sacubitril-valsartan,metoprolol and spironolac-tone in patients with heart failure. Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic heart failure diagnosed and treated in Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study samples, and were divided into two groups according to the order of admission time, the observation group(30 cases)was treated with sacubitril-valsartan+metoprolol+spi-ronolactone,and the control group(30 cases)was treated with angiotensinogen receptor antagonist(ARB)andβ-blockers in combination with diuretics. The treatment effect, left ventricular function and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment, and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of heart failure, shakubatrovalsartan, metoprolol and spironolactone can further improve the cardiac function, improve the efficacy and improve the safety of drug application.
