Abstract:Objective:To explore the application of feedforward control concept combined with core stability train-ing intervention in lumbar spinal stenosis(LSS).Methods:All 89 patients with LSS who underwent lumbar spinal sur-gery from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(45 cases)and control group(44 cases)using a random number table method. The control group patients received core stability training inter-vention,while the observation group patients received feedforward control concept combined with core stability training intervention. Both groups of patients received 8 weeks of intervention. The function of the lower back muscle group, lumbar spine function,self-efficacy,and quality of life between two groups of patients were compared. Results:After 8 weeks of intervention, the peak torque(PT)and average power(AP)levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of intervention, the level of waist back flexion exten-sion ratio(F/E)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of intervention,Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)score of the observation group patients was significantly lower than that of the control group patients(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of intervention,Japanese Orthopedic Association as-sessment treatment score(JOA)and self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores of the observation group patients were signifi-cantly higher than those of the control group patients(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of intervention, the quality of life score of the observation group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of feedforward control concept and core stability training for postoperative intervention in LSS patients can effectively improve the disorder of the lower back muscle group, promote the recovery of lower back function,im-prove self-efficacy.
