To observe the effect of individualized fine nursing intervention on elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the effect of individualized fine nursing intervention on elderly patients with lum-bar spinal stenosis.Methods:A total of 100 elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis admitted to hospital from Janu-ary 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing during the perioperative period,and the obser-vation group was given personalized fine nursing intervention during the perioperative period.Results:The scores of anxiety and depression in two group after intervention were lower than those before intervention,and those in the ob-servation group were lower than those in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The scores of func-tional disorder,sleep quality and pain in two group after intervention were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05),the incidence of com-plications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Individualized fine nursing intervention in elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis can reduce the negative psychological emotions of patients,relieve pain,reduce postoperative complications and improve sleep quality of patients.
