Abstract:Objective:To explore the influence of clinical pharmacist intervention on the rationality of the use of car-bapenem antibiotics. Methods:The clinical data of 274 patients who received Carbapenem antibiotics in our hospital from Jan 2020 to Dec 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.137 patients who were treated with carbapenem antibiotics be-fore the intervention of clinical pharmacists in hospital from Jan 2020 to Dec 2021 were included in the control group, and 137 patients who were treated with carbapenem antibiotics after the intervention of clinical pharmacists in hospital from Jan 2021 to Dec 2021 were included in the observation group. The irrational rate of drug use,the rate of microbial samples and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. The use situation of carbapene-ms(AUD)in 2021 from Jan 2020 to Dec 2021 was was also counted. Results:In the observation group, the irrational rate of drug selection, usage and dosage, combination drug use, administration route, medication course and medication indications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The submission rate of microbial samples in the obser-vation group was higher than in the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The AUD of antibacterial drugs in 2020 and 2021 were 40.25 and 35.47 DDDs/(100人·d),respectively.AUDis showing adownward trend, with 2021 meeting thenational standard of<40 DDDs/(100 人·d).Conclusion:The intervention of clinical pharmacists can improve the rationality of the use of carbapenem antibiotics, reduce the incidence of Adverse drug reaction.
