Clinical observation on the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with jiawei bufei tang combined with hanchuan tie

Abstract：Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of jiawei bufei tang combined with hanchuan tie on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:All 80 AECOPD patients ad-mitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment.Based on this,the ob-servation group was treated with jiawei bufei tang combined with hanchuan tie,all of which were treated for 14 days.The treatment efficacy,inflammatory indicators,and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,there was significient difference(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum amyloid A(SAA),interleukin-6(IL-6),and C-reactive protein(CRP)in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,there was significient difference(P＜0.05).After treatment,the COPD assessment test(CAT)scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,there was significient difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of AECOPD patients using jiawei bufei tang combined with hanchuan tie has a satisfactory effect,can regulate inflammatory indicators,and improve quality of life.
