Abstract：Objective:To explore the application value of perioperative nursing of gynecological malignant tumor radical operation assisted by robot based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery(ERSA)combined with tradi-tional Chinese medicine emotional nursing.Methods:A total of 84 patients who underwent robot-assisted radical sur-gery for gynecological malignant tumors from April 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received ERSA combined with traditional Chinese emotional nursing.The postopera-tive rehabilitation indexes,psychological status and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The first postoperative exhaust time,feeding time,getting out of bed time and total length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the postoperative 3 d Karnofsky(KPS)score was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale(SDS)and self-rating depression scale(SAS)on the day of discharge in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the total nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistical-ly significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of ERSA concept combined with traditional Chinese medicine e-motional nursing in the perioperative period of robot-assisted radical operation of gynecological malignant tumor can promote postoperative rehabilitation,improve psychological status and improve satisfaction.
