Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of modified spiral radial hemostatic in patients after coronary inter-vention(TRI)through the radial artery. Methods:All 80 cases of TRI patients were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to simple randomization method, the patients in the observation group were compressed by the improved spiral hemostat.Hemostasis, pain, numbness, swelling, oxygenation before and after hemo-stasis,and pressure injury were observed. Results:There was no significant difference in hemostatic rate between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was no significant difference in postoperative pain and numbness scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of pain and numbness at 2 h,4 h,6 h and 8 h after operation were lower in the ob-servation group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the swelling rate between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the SpO2 and the incidence of oxygenation injury be-tween the two groups before and after hemostasis(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of modified spiral radial ar-tery hemostatic can effectively reduce the degree of swelling, pain and numbness of the hands of patients after TRI,and it is safe.
