Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of rosenthal effect intervention combined with personalized diet guid-ance in patients with colon cancer after surgery. Methods:A total of 118 patients with colon cancer admitted to hospital from June 2021 to January 2023 were selected, all of whom were treated with laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer. They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,59 cases in each group. The control group was given routine postoperative nursing intervention measures, and the observation group was given pygmalion effect intervention combined with individualized diet instruction on the basis of the control group. The clinical indicators of the two groups were compared, and the nutritional status and gastrointestinal hormone levels of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention, and the occurrence of complications in the two groups were observed. Results:The recovery time of bowel sound, first exhaust time, first defecation time and hospital stay in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The levels of hemoglobin, albumin and total protein in the two groups after intervention were high-er than those before intervention, and the levels of motilin and gastrin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05).The complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group af-ter intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rosenthal effect intervention combined with personalized diet guidance can pro-mote the recovery of patients with colon cancer after surgery, improve the nutritional status of patients, improve gastro-intestinal hormone levels, and reduce complications.
