Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of heating and humidification via nasal high-flow oxygen therapy com-bined with acetylcysteine inhalation in pulmonary infection after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods:A to-tal of 62 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage from October 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with airway humidifica-tion nursing with oxygen-driven mask nebulizer combined with Acetyl L-Cysteine nebulizer inhalation. The observa-tion group was treated with airway nursing with high flow oxygen therapy through nose combined with Acetyl L-Cys-teine nebulizer inhalation.Blood gas index, airway resistance(Raw),sputum viscosity, airway humidification score and comfort score were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, arterial blood partial carbon dioxide pressure(PaCO2)and Raw in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the arterial partial oxygen pressure(PaO2)and blood oxygen saturation(SaO2)in both groups were higher than those before oxygenation intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the ratio sputum viscosity in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of airway humidification and comfort degree in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acetylcysteine aerosol inha-lation combined with heating and humidification and nasal high-flow oxygen therapy can significantly improve the blood gas index and reduce sputum viscosity in patients with pulmonary infection after hypertensive intracerebral hem-orrhage,with higher patient comfort, less adverse reactions and higher satisfaction.
