Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of modified negative pressure film in clinical treatment of patients with negative pressure drainage(VSD).Methods:A total of 76 patients with sacral and caudal pressure ulcers admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to July 2023 were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission respectively,38 cases in each group. The control group took traditional single-layer film VSD treatment, and the observation group adopted inner layer film suture fixation+outer layer film VSD treatment.VSD treatment, pressure ulcer healing subscale(PUSH)score and wound healing effect were compared between the two groups.Re-sults:The maintenance time of the first patch in the observation group was longer than that in the control group. The time of first granulation and the time of granulation spreading on the wound surface in the observation group were shor-ter than those in the control group, and the times of VSD treatment on the wound surface in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the PUSH scores between the two groups(P>0.05),but after 4 weeks treatment, the PUSH scores of both groups were lower than that before treatment, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of wound healing was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified negative pressure film method is effective in patients with VSD,which can prolong the maintenance time of the film, accelerate the granulation growth, reduce the severity of pressure ulcer and promote wound healing.
