A study on the application of BOPPPS based combined with microteaching mode in breast surgery nurs-ing instruction

Abstract：Objective:To explore the teaching effect of teaching mode based on BOPPPS combined with microteach-ing in breast surgery internship.Methods:A total of 118 nursing students were selected for internship in breast surgery from March 2022 to May 2023,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of coming to practice,59 cases in each group.The observation group adopted the BOPPPS combined with microteaching mode,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.The theoretical knowledge,operating skills,self-learning ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Results:The scores of theoretical knowl-edge,clinical skills,self-learning ability and teaching satisfaction of the nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The teaching mode based on BOPPPS combined with WeChat enhances the learning effect of nursing students,improves their ability of independent learning,and improves the teaching satisfaction.
