The effect of yiqi bushen qiangdi tang on postoperative trauma rehabilitation of severe uterine prolapse

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of yiqi bushen qiangdi tang on postoperative wound recovery of severe u-terine prolapse(SUP).Methods:Sixty cases of SUP patients treated from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group received routine post-operative treatment,the observation group received additional treatment with yiqi bushen qiangdi Tang.The Serum in-dexes,pelvic organ prolapse,sexual life and quality of life were observed.Results:At 1 and 2 weeks after operation,the levels of serum ischemia modified albumin,myoglobin and the total antioxidant capacity in the observation group were lower than in the control group(P＜0.05).Six months after operation,pelvic organ prolapse in the two groups was lower than that before operation(P＜0.0 5),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05),and the scores of physiological,emotional and sexual partner factors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05),the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Treating severe uterine prolapse with yiqi bushen qiangdi tang after surgery can effectively promote the recovery of surgical trauma,improve pelvic organ prolapse,improve sexual life and life quality.
