The application of Triangle stratified grading nursing care in residual symptoms of dizziness patients after successful reduction

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of Triangle stratified grading nursing in residual symptoms of dizziness patients after successful reduction.Methods:The control group received routine care,while the observation group received Triangle stratified and graded care on the basis of the control group.Both groups received continuous in-tervention for one week.Compare the degree of dizziness,psychological status,incidence of falls,and patient satisfaction between the two groups.Results:The results showed that the scores of the pre intervention vertigo disability assess-ment scale(DHI)and hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)were compared between the two groups,there was no significient difference(P>0.05).After intervention,the DHI and HADS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,there was significient difference(P<0.05).The incidence of falls in the observa-tion group was lower than the control group's,there was significient difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of quality and safety,humanistic care,health education,environmental facilities,and service accessibility in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Triangle stratified and graded nursing can improve residual symptoms in patients with dizziness after successful reduction,alleviate negative emotions,reduce the occurrence of falls,promote patient recovery,and thus achieve higher patient satisfaction.
