Abstract:Objective:To investigate the current status of 413 out-of-hospital pressure injury regressions and an-alyze their influencing factors for clinical practice. Methods:All 413 patients with out-of-hospital pressure injuries who were hospitalized from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected for retrospective study. The patients were categorized into the improvement group and the no improvement group according to the regression of pressure injuries at the time of discharge.Multifactorial Logistic regression was applied to analyze the factors affecting the regression of out-of-hospital pressure injuries. Results:A total of 413 patients with out-of-hospital pressure injuries were in-cluded,bringing in 522 pressure injuries. The highest incidence of clinical staging was stage 2(150 locations,28.7%).The most common site of occurrence was sacrococcygeal(86,16.5%),followed by heel(67 locations,12.8%).At the time of discharge there were 324 improved(healed+better)cases and 89 unimproved(no change+worse)cases. The results of multifactorial Logistic regression analysis showed that Braden score,Barthel index, serum albumin,hemoglo-bin,interleukin-6,and C-reactive protein were the main factors affecting the regression of patients with out-of-hospital pressure injuries(P<0.05).Conclusion:Braden score,Barthel index, serum albumin and hemoglobin, and in-flammatory factors(interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein)are influential factors in the regression of out-of-hospi-tal stress injuries.Targeted nursing measures should be developed according to the specific conditions of patients to manage post-hospitalization stress injury interventions.
