Exploring the application framework of virtual digital human empowering network pharmacy

Abstract：Objective:To explore solutions to problems such as inadequate pharmaceutical services provided by tra-ditional online pharmacies,difficulty in grasping consumers'real needs,and limited platform brand communication.Methods:Establish a technical framework for the application system of online pharmacies based on virtual digital hu-mans,and upgrade and transform traditional online pharmacies.Results:The demonstration application shows that the adoption of virtual digital humans has significantly improved consumers'logalty to the platform and their knowledge of rational and scientific medication,resulting in a significant increase in platform reputation and sales.Conclusion:Virtual digital humans are an inevitable direction for the development of online pharmacies in the metaverse era,and they pro-vide a new solution for the high-quality development of online pharmacy services.
