Clinical observation on chaidang formula in treating hepatitis B hepatic fibrosis

Abstract：Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of chaidang formula in the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibro-sis.Methods:All 44 patients with chronic hepatitis B and liver fibrosis were divided into control group(entecavir com-bined with compound biejia ruangan tablets)and treatment group(entecavir combined with chaidang fang).The num-ber of cases was 22,and the treatment lasted for 28 days.Shear wave elastography was used to observe the changes in liver stiffness measurement(LSM)before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the value of liver hardness in the observation group was lower than that before treatment,with a significant difference(P＜0.05),while in the con-trol group,the value of liver hardness decreased after treatment,but there was no significant difference compared with that before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the liver hardness of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Chaidangfang can improve the de-gree of fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis.
