The effect of yueju pill and xuanfudaizhe decoction on the pepsin and esophageal motility in patients with non-erosive reflux disease

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the effect of yueju pill on pepsin and esophageal motility in non-erosive reflux dis-ease.Methods:The clinical data of 110 patients with non-erosive reflux disease admitted in hospital from January 2020 to March 2023 were reviewed,including 56 patients in the observation group and 54 patients in the control group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,the observation group was given on the treatment of the control group.Before and after treatment,the main TCM symptom scores(fullness of stomach,belching,dysphagia,morning and evening vomiting,white and greasy fur and pulse string sliding)were recorded in the two groups,to meas-ure the index value of gastric secretion factors[gastrin 17(G-17),pepsin Ⅰ(PG Ⅰ)and Pepsin Ⅱ(PG Ⅱ)],the e-sophageal dynamic indexes(resting pressure of lower sphincter,peristaltic wave pressure of lower segment,percentage of regurgitation time in supine position and percentage of regurgitation time in upright position)were measured,the to-tal effective rate,the incidence of toxic and side effects and the recurrence rate of the two groups were statistically ana-lyzed.Results:After treatment,the main TCM symptom scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the indexes of gastric secretion factors,resting pressure of lower sphincter and peristaltic wave pressure of lower seg-ment in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the percentages of reflux time in supine position and standing position were lower than those before treatment,the above indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate and recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of side effects between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:It can effectively improve the syndrome of esophagus and hate of TCM in patients with non-erosive reflux disease,regulate the abnormal secretion of pepsinogen,correct the esophageal dynamic disorder,promote the functional recovery of esophageal acid clearance,and improve the clinical efficacy,and reduce the risk of recurrence,and have good safety.
