Abstract：Objective:To analyze the risk factors of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)based on prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)related coagulation indexes and establish a line graph predic-tion model.Methods:A total of 199 patients with 2021 polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)from September to October 2022 were Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as PCOS group,in order to screen the independent risk factors of PCOS,248 normal women who were examined before pregnancy were selected as the control group,receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)evaluated the discrimination and accuracy of the model,P＜0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results:Univariate analysis showed that age,anti-mullerian hormone(AMH),PT,APTT,thrombin time(TT)and fibrinogen(Fib),were risk factors for PCOS.Age,AMH,PT,APTT,TT and Fib were independent risk factors for PCOS and PCOS.The nomogram model was established to predict the risk threshold of PE＞0.07.Conclusion:Age,AMH,PT,APTT,TT and Fib are risk factors for PCOS,which also suggests that an-ticoagulant therapy may improve reproductive outcomes,which is of great significance for the early screening and inter-vention of PCOS for the long-term health and quality of life of patients,and has guiding significance for the implemen-tation of clinical treatment.
