Abstract:Objective:To analyze the effect of dapagliflozin on the curative effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with chronic kidney disease. Methods:A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and chronic kidney disease who were admitted to hospital from April 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects, and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group was treated with Metform-in sustained-release tablets, and the observation group was additionally treated with dapagliflozin. After 3months,the blood glucose indexes,(fasting blood glucose,2 h postrandial blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin)and renal function indexes(serum creatinine, urea nitrogen.urine microalbumin/urine creatinine, glomerular filtration rate)and dverse e-vents(sustained and substantial decline in renal function,hypoglycemia,end-stage renal disease)were compared be-tween the two groups. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the blood glucose and renal function indicators between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the blood glucose, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and 24-hour urine protein of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The glomerular filtration rate of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment, and the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 5.00%,lower than the control group's 20.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dapagliflozin can exert a good hypoglycemic effect and renal protection effect in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and chronic kidney disease, and reduce the total incidence of adverse events.
