Abstract:Objective:To analyze the application value of 4C continuous nursing model in minimally invasive postop-erative patients with great saphenous vein varicocele. Methods:All 92 patients with varicose veins undergoing minimally invasive surgery admitted to hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were ran-domly divided into a control group(n=46)and an observation group(n=46)using a random number table method. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received 4C continuous nursing care. The postoperative recovery progress of the two groups of patients was compared, including incision healing time, bedtime, and hospital stay. The self-efficacy scale(GSES),coping style questionnaire(SCSQ),and improvement of lower limb varicose symptoms(VCSS)between two groups of patients before and after intervention, and the incidence of complica-tions between the two groups of patients during the intervention period were compared. Results:The incision healing time, bedtime, and hospitalization time of the observation group patients were significantly shorter than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention, the GSES of the observation group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the VCSS score was significantly lower than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention, the negative SCSQ score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, while the positive score was sig-nificantly higher than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).During the inter-vention period, the total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the con-trol group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting the 4C continuous care model can effectively shorten the recovery time of patients with great saphenous vein after minimally invasive surgery, improve their self-efficacy,facilitate the development of positive coping styles and the improvement of clinical symptoms, and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
