The role of three-dimensional quality control management in optimizing the application of endoscopic instrument cleaning and rust removal

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the role of three-dimensional quality control management in optimizing the appli-cation of cleaning and derusting of endoscopic instruments.Methods:All 50 endoscopic instruments recovered from the disinfection and supply center from January 2019 to January 2020 were used as the control group,and 50 endoscopic in-struments recovered from February 2020 to February 2021 were used as the observation group to carry out three-di-mensional quality control management.The qualified rate of instrument cleaning,the rate of instrument rust,the rate of wet bag,the total incidence of adverse events and the score of instrument satisfaction in the department were compared between the two groups.Results:The qualified rate of instrument cleaning and the score of instrument satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The instrument rust recovery rate,wet bag rate and the total incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:Three-dimensional quality control management can improve the cleaning pass rate of endoscopic instruments and the satisfaction of each department with the instruments,and reduce the re-rust rate,wet wrap rate and adverse event rate of instruments.
